What information does the Peer Mobile App capture or track?
Our peer mobile app, Community MH, will never capture any user information other than the text message exchanges between you as a user and the peer supporter; you have the ability to delete these text message exchanges at any time during a support interaction, or when the interaction comes to an end.
The app does not collect any personally identifiable information and does not track your location. We will not track your usage of the app or your access history.
We guarantee total privacy, complete anonymity, and your ownership and control of your own data.
Can I delete my data?
Simply press the Delete icon on the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.
All text messages in the interaction with your supporter will be permanently deleted.
