Accessing the Peer Support Console

How Do I Access the Peer Support Console?
The Sign In button for the Peer Support Management Console appears on the top right of all the Mental Health Technologies website pages (browser only), but we’ve added it here for your convenience.
Note that your organization may have purchased a custom, white labelled implementation of this console. If this is the case, please consult your peer support program administrator for details and the appropriate URL.
Here’s what the sign in screen should look like:
What are my sign in credentials?
In Peer Support programs, it is important that peer support team members and practice leads are carefully selected and that they receive accredited training before being given access to the Peer Support console.
For this reason, users must be assigned to the platform by a peer support program administrator and are NOT allowed to create their own user accounts.
When your user account is created, you will be sent an email with a link to set your initial password for the peer support console.
Click the Set a new password button in this email.
Your browser will open the password reset screen for the peer support console…
Type your new password into the Password and the Confirm Password fields.
Click the Reset button to save your new password.
Upon successfully setting your password, the browser will direct you to the peer support console sign in screen…
Enter the Community code provided by your company or your organization.
Enter your email address into the Email field (use the email address where you received the password reset notification).
Enter the Password that you created on the previous step and click the Sign In button.
Upon successful sign in you will see the peer support dashboard which looks similar to this screen:
