User Guide for the Peer Support Console

Learn how peer support teams use our Peer Support Management Console

How is the Peer Support Management Console used?

Our Peer Support Management Console serves 3 purposes:

  1. Peer Supporters use the browser based console to manage their cases and peer interaction notes and to securely communicate with peers when our secure text messaging app is made available as an optional support request mechanism.

  2. Peer support program managers and practice leads use the console to onboard new peer supporters, to monitor case loads, and quality of service, and to keep both peers and supporters psychologically safe and supported.

  3. Program administrators use the console to configure and customize the mobile and browser user experience for peers and supporters, and to monitor and report on program adoption, engagement, and performance.

The following user guides describe how these capabilities are implemented and best used in your peer support program.
